Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern the use of the Be Loud Marbella client portal at app.beloudmarbella.com. By signing in, you agree to them.

Who may use the portal

Access is limited to active Be Loud Marbella clients and the team members they authorise. We may grant, change or withdraw access at any time in line with the service agreement signed with your company.

Your account

Sign in with your own Google account and do not share access with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@beloudmarbella.com immediately if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Use the portal only for the work we do together. Do not attempt to access another client's workspace, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful material or anything you do not have the right to share.

Content and ownership

Ownership of the videos, photographs and other materials we produce for you is governed by the service agreement signed with your company, not by these terms. Everything visible inside the portal — including strategy documents, market research and unpublished content — is confidential and is not to be shared outside your organisation.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. The portal is a working tool, not a storage service: keep your own copy of anything you need to retain.

Ending access

Access ends when the service agreement between us ends. After that we keep your workspace for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can ask us for a copy of your materials before it is removed.

Liability

The portal is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Málaga.
