Be Loud Marbella ("we", "us") operates this client portal at app.beloudmarbella.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the portal, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Who we are

What we collect
When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We also store the content of your workspace — content plans, videos, approvals, comments and files you or our team add — and basic technical logs such as sign-in times and IP address, kept for security.
How we use Google user data
We use Google Sign-In for one purpose only: to confirm who you are and give you access to your own workspace. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, we never post on your behalf, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why we process your data
We process your data to provide the portal under our service agreement with your company, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the service secure. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the portal.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers who host and operate the portal on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your company is an active client, and for up to 12 months after the engagement ends. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Write to hello@beloudmarbella.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Cookies
The portal uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies here.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify you by email.
